As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing at the bottom of the page the information necessary to track your order according to the type of delivery chosen.
Colissimo: You can track your order directly from your "Account", in "Orders" by clicking on the number of your order. (Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated.)
Parcel Relay: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is available in the Parcel Relay you chose when you placed your order.
Express by DHL: You will receive a tracking email from the service provider as soon as they have processed your package.

If the address given when ordering contains an error, it may be that the package is returned to us by the carrier. Once your package has been returned to us, it cannot be reshipped to you and will be automatically refunded within a maximum of 14 working days.
Return & Refund
Make a return
You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your package to return all or part of your order. To do this, it is not necessary to contact Customer Service as no authorization is required, simply follow the following instructions:
1 - Choose a standard parcel from La Poste, or reuse the cardboard with which the products were delivered to you. Place the products inside in their original packaging, with their label uncut and in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, not damaged, not dirty).
2 - Complete the "Return Form" section on the front of the package by filling in the reason(s) for the return, then place the sheet in the package.
3 - Send the package back by the carrier of your choice to :

Please note that parts whose labels have been removed cannot be returned.
Exchange an item
For a new size, model or color, you must make a return according to the procedure described in the section "Make a return".
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
refund confirmation will also be indicated in your account under "Order".
If you have returned all the items purchased with this order, it will be indicated as "refunded". Otherwise, it will be indicated as "partially refunded".
Allow 7 to 14 working days for your return to be processed by our Logistics Department.
